Cookie Policy
How WIKI-MINE uses cookies, what we store and how to control your consent.
Essential cookies (always on)
- Keep your session (whether you are signed in).
- Remember your selected theme (light/dark) and interface language.
- Protect against CSRF attacks (anti-forgery token).
Analytics cookies (with consent)
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised visit statistics: which pages are read, referrers, time on site. No personal information.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session replays for UX improvements. PII (e-mail, phone) is auto-masked on Microsoft's side.
Advertising cookies (with consent)
- Google AdSense — display of contextual ads, impression/click measurement, frequency capping. May set third-party cookies of Google's ad partners.
Managing consent
The footer has a "Cookies" link — change your selection or withdraw consent at any time. We implement Google Consent Mode v2: on refusal, AdSense and GA4 switch to anonymised signals or shut off entirely.
Browser DNT (Do Not Track)
We honour the DNT header: if set, we default analytics_storage and ad_storage to denied.
Retention
- Session and language — until browser close or 30 days.
- Cookie consent — 12 months, then we ask again.
- Analytics/advertising — per Google and Microsoft policies (see links in the Privacy Policy).
