DMCA / Copyright Complaints
How rightsholders can submit a DMCA takedown notice for content posted on WIKI-MINE.
What we publish
WIKI-MINE is a review portal. For every entry we write an original review: what it is, how to install it, what is new, with screenshots and a video walkthrough.
Downloads are handled in one of two ways:
- Direct link to the author — Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub releases, Spigot etc. The file is not on our servers.
- Mirror on our storage — only when the author's license allows it: CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, MIT, Apache-2.0, GPL, LGPL, BSD and compatible. The page credits the author and links to the original.
If your material is mirrored unlawfully
Send a notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work (title, link to the original).
- URL of the infringing page on wiki-mine.com.
- Your contact details (name, e-mail).
- Confirmation that you are the rightsholder or their authorised representative.
- A statement of good faith and accuracy.
What we will do
In most cases we remove the download mirror while keeping the review text and the link to the author's original page. The review itself is an original work and lawful quotation (fair use / fair dealing, art. 1274 RF Civil Code, art. 21 Ukrainian Copyright Act, art. 29 RODO, EU InfoSoc Directive, US DMCA §107).
If you additionally require removal of the review itself (not just the file), justify the claim: trademark, defamation, or other applicable grounds. We will review within 5 business days and remove the material if the claim is well-founded, or respond with our reasoning if we believe quotation is lawful.
Counter-notice
If your material was mistakenly removed following a third-party complaint, send a counter-notice to [email protected] with justification. We will restore the material within 10 business days unless the original complainant files a court order.
