Terms of Service

The rules for posting, downloading and contributing on WIKI-MINE.

1. General

This agreement is in force from your first visit to wiki-mine.com and governs the relationship between WIKI-MINE ("we", "the site") and any visitor or registered user ("you"). By continuing to use the site you accept these rules.

2. What you may publish

  • Minecraft-related materials: mods, plugins, texture packs, shaders, seeds, maps, skins, reviews, guides, news.
  • Original content of yours, or material with the author's explicit redistribution permission.
  • Files under compatible open-source licenses: CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, MIT, Apache-2.0, GPL/LGPL, BSD and similar — with mandatory attribution and a link to the original.

3. What we remove without notice

  • Stolen content without the author's permission, infringing copyright.
  • Files with malware, hidden miners, trojans, exploits for cheating on third-party servers.
  • Doxing, harassment, profanity targeting other users.
  • Spam, ads for third-party services, links to pirate portals, adult content, extremism, calls to violence.
  • Posts inciting national, religious, or any other intolerance.

Repeat offenders get a permanent account and IP ban.

4. Reviews, quotation, fair use

WIKI-MINE is a review portal. We write original reviews, take screenshots, produce video walkthroughs and guides. Use of titles, logos and small fragments of materials within a review falls under fair use / fair dealing / right of quotation per applicable laws (US DMCA §107, EU InfoSoc Directive art. 5(3)(d), art. 1274 Civil Code of Russia, art. 21 Ukrainian Copyright Act, RODO art. 29).

If you are a rightsholder and believe we exceeded the scope of quotation, see DMCA.

5. Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for all content posted from your account.
  • Keep your password secret. If compromise is suspected, email [email protected].
  • You may not automate scraping/crawling in violation of robots.txt or with excessive load.
  • You will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your actions.

6. File downloads

Files are downloaded either:

  • via a direct link to the author's original (Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub releases, etc.); or
  • as a mirror on our storage — only when the author's license permits it.

We do not modify binaries or add third-party code. Downloading and installing mods/plugins is at your own risk. WIKI-MINE accepts no responsibility for compatibility, save loss, or server bans from incompatible modifications.

7. Advertising

The site is monetised via Google AdSense. Ad blocks are visually marked or contain an "Advertising" label. Ad content is not the editorial position and not an endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

WIKI-MINE is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility of materials with any Minecraft version. Maximum site liability towards a user is capped at zero monetary amount — the site is free.

9. Trademarks

Minecraft®, Mojang® and related marks are the property of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation. WIKI-MINE is an independent fan portal, not affiliated with Mojang/Microsoft, and does not express their official position.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Substantive changes are published with a date on this page. Continued use of the site after publication means acceptance of the new revision.

11. Contact
